You do not need to set up an account with us and we do not require an account to make a purchase. However, creating an account does have many benefits.

How do I change and check my account details?

The first step to changing your account or checking your account details is to login to your account. There is a link to "SIGN IN" in the top right side of the navigation bar at the top of every page in our store . You can also access the page directly via this link SIGN IN.

Once logged in, you can visit the account page by clicking on the "My Acount" link which appears where the "SIGN IN" link previously was or you can access it directly via this link My Account"

There you will find links to view order status, edit your address, change your account details, etc.

I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password it is a simple progress to reset it and create a new one. Click on this link to be taken directly to the "Forgot Password" page to reset it:

On that page enter your email address and click on "Continue". After a short while, the store will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password and you will be returned to the login page.

After you receive the email, click on the link and you will be taken to the store's "Password Reset" page. Enter your new password and confirm it, then click on "Update" and your password will be changed.
